Our Ohana
Since arriving on Maui in the summer of 2006, we have been blessed to call this island home. Nearly 20 years later, we still feel that way and we welcome you to experience what it's like to "live the dream" by being a guest in our home.
We have been in the hospitality industry since 2011 and have welcomed guests from all over the world. From humble beginnings of renting out our first Maui condo at the Aina Nalu resort in Lahaina, Angie started Coconut Condos - a vacation rental management company headquartered in Emerald Plaza. Coconut Condos employed a staff of 13+ employees and several vendors to service the 60+ condos we managed. Coconut Condos quickly became the most awarded vacation rental company on Maui.
Sadly, the August 8th, 2023 wildfires were devastating to many, including Coconut Condos. Our company office, warehouse and van were all lost in the fire as were the majority of the properties we managed. While tragic, we chose to see this as an opportunity to pivot to a simpler lifestyle while our two boys are still at home. We now currently manage our flagship property, The Living the Dream Home in Ka'anapali along with our Living the Dream Townhome in Puamana. We are thankful for the opportunity to host travelers like you and families like yours! Your stay is directly impacting the recovery of our family and local community, and for that we are eternally grateful.

Named SBA Woman-Owned Maui Small Business of the Year in 2023, Angie's vacation rental management experience is second to none. She is the Founder and CEO of Coconut Condos. At its peak, she managed over 60 properties on the west side of Maui. Now she is content to be managing her own properties. That and raising her two boys, coaching their volleyball team and writing a book!
Michael
Your on-island host has a wealth of experiences to draw upon to make your stay memorable. With a background in user experience and design, Michael designed the entire backyard renovation of The Dream Home in 2022.
As your primary contact once you arrive, Michael will provide any assistance you need to make your stay unforgettable. He's also a licensed real estate broker, should you be interested in finding your very own Maui dream home!
